The Pavlova Cake

4 pieces of chilled proteins
1 tsp white wine vinegar or Apple cider (lemon juice)
1 tbsp. fine sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
200g. heavy cream 38% (chilled)
2 tsp of powdered sugar with vanilla
2 PCs kiwi
200g. strawberry
Can be decorated differently. The main thing is not to retreat from the classics - berries and tropical fruits. In England this cake decorated with raspberries

In whites, add the vinegar and beat on low speed. Once the whites get whipped into a stable foam, begin to slowly add the sugar. Whisk for 5-7 minutes, add starch. The meringue is ready.

On the baking paper draw a circle with a diameter of 20 cm, Flip and gently spread meringue. Flatten and bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 150* to turn Off the oven, do not remove the meringue to cool down the oven. Meringue oven conveniently on the eve and decorate before serving.

Fruits and berries wash, dry and chop. Cream to drive for 4-5 minutes. Add 2 tsp. of powdered sugar with vanilla. Mix. Ready cream gently spread on the meringue. Garnish with berries and fruit. The cake is ready.
