Ajvar

Ajvar is specialtie of Serbian kitchen especialy of sauth Serbia. Ajvar is traditionally made in the autumn, when is the full season peppers, and used all year round. Prior to the preparation of ajvar, peppers are roasted through, carefully peel, drained, and milled.
