● 225 g butter + in spreadable form
● 60 g bitter cocoa powder
● 15 grams of soluble coffee made with 150 ml of hot water
● 150 grams of brown sugar
● 100 grams sugar
● 2 large eggs
● 240 grams of sour cream
● 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
● 220 grams flour
● 30 g cornstarch
● 5 grams baking powder
● 5 g salt
For the glaze:● 100 grams of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
● 10 ml sugar syrup
● 3 grams of soluble coffee
● 75 g butter
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with flour cake pan.
Melt a small vessel butter, add cocoa, stir nice.
Add the coffee and remove the container from the heat.Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
A trickle add cocoa mixture, stirring constantly.
Add the sieved flour, salt and baking powder, stir again.
Pour the dough into shape and bake for about 50-60 minutes.
Check readiness with a wooden stick.
Allow the cake to cool 20 minutes in the formbefore removing it.

Stir until chocolate is melted and produce a smooth mixture.
Pour glaze over the warm cake.
Cool it completely on a wire rack, cut and serve.
