Spicy carrot salad
Carrots — 500 g
Cucumbers — 200 g
Garlic cloves — 1 PC.
Fresh ginger — 3 cm
Soy sauce — 50 ml
Sesame oil — 40 ml
Sesame — 20 g
Take a carrot and peel it, then slice into fairly thin strips, but you can grate it on a grater, which is used for cooking Korean carrot.
Then cut thin slices of cucumber and add it to the carrot.
Now peel the fresh ginger and garlic. The garlic should be cut into small pieces, and grate the ginger on a fine grater. Further, all well pound in a mortar until you get a homogeneous mass.
Then add oil, soy sauce and mix well.
Then pour on the salad dressing, mix, let stand about 30 minutes in a cool place.
