Spicy eggplant rolls

We need:
- medium eggplant 3 PCs.;
- large carrots;

- tomatoes 2 PCs.;
- seasoning for Korean carrot 1 tsp;
- 3-4 garlic cloves;
- small hot peppers 1 piece.
- cheese 100 g;
- mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil;
- greens.

The washed eggplants cut along thin "reeds", folded into a bowl, sprinkle with salt – this helps remove the bitterness from the eggplant. Ten minutes later fry "reeds" shaken off the excess salt, both sides. Roasted eggplant spread on paper towel to remove excess oil.

Wash carrot, peel to RUB on a medium grater, fry in a pan, add diced chopped tomatoes, previously, removing them from the skin.

In the roasted vegetable mixture add the seasoning and finely chopped hot peppers. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the mixture mix well.

The filling spread on the "tabs" and turn their rolls.
Ready rolls spread on a plate, decorated with green salad leaves.
