Salad «Cap»

Ingredients:

-300 g chicken liver
-1/2 tbsp. rice
-2 eggs
-2 bulbs
-1 bunch of dill
-mayonnaise
—salt
—pepper



Preparation:

Cooked liver grate. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Boil the rice in salted to taste water. Eggs also we shall RUB on a grater. On a flat dish or a salad bowl put layers of the ingredients. The lowest layer is the liver, then onion, rice, dill, eggs. Each layer is coated with sour cream, or mayonnaise and purchase to taste.
