Sweets from cocoa. Recipes with photos.

Ingredients for 36 pieces:
● 125 grams soft butter
● 125 g cornstarch
● 50 grams of powdered sugar
● 35 g flour
● 15 g cocoa
● 40 blanched hazelnuts
● pinch of salt
● powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation:
With mixer, beat butter.
Sift the remaining product mix them.
Add them to the butter, knead smooth dough.Divide it into 2 equal portions, shape wicks with a thickness of 2-3 cm.
Cut wicks into pieces 1 cm thick.
In each put in a hazelnut a ball.
Arrange sweet in paper covered baking tray.
Leave a distance of 1-2 cm between them.
Bake them 12-15 minutes in preheated oven to 180 degrees.Cool and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
