● 200 grams of dark chocolate 70%
● 100 grams candied cherries (or dried)
● 200 grams butter
● 2 eggs
● 1 egg yolk
● 150 grams of brown sugar
● pinch of salt
● 80 g flour
● 1 tsp baking powder
● 75 ml of freshly boiled and cooled espresso
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Zastelete with baking paper form 20x20 cm.Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
Beat the eggs and egg yolks, sugar and salt fluffy cream.
Add the egg to the chocolate mixture, stir.
Then - goals cherries, flour and baking powder.
Finally, add espresso, stir briefly.
Pour the dough into the pan, rake it surface.
Bake 30 minutesbeing careful not to dry it.
Allow to cool completely in shape and cut into pieces.
Folder: Sweet pies. Baking, cookies.
