Ratatouille lazy

Ingredients
-2 PCs. eggplant
-2 PCs. tomatoes
1 piece carrot (large)
-150 g feta cheese
-2 cloves garlic
-to taste vegetable oil
-salt to taste
-1-2 tbsp sour cream

The cooking process:
I propose to make a somewhat simplified version of Ratatouille. Wash the eggplants, make cuts almost to the end. The thickness of the rings is not more than 1 cm Every slice salt and leave for 10-15 minutes be salted.
