Beef Stroganoff in slow cooker

Ingredients:

- Beef (fillet) — 600 g
- Onion — 1 PC.
- Flour — 1 tbsp
- Sour cream 15-20% — 3 tbsp
- Tomato paste — 2 tbsp
- Water — 250 ml
- Salt, spices — to taste

Preparation:

1. Meat wash, cut into cubes (about 0,5x2,5 cm). Chop onions into strips.
2. In the bowl multivarki (pre-oiled) bow. Close the lid, select the Frying/Baking, the cooking time 5-10 min. to Open the lid, add the meat, onion, sour cream, tomato paste, water, salt and spices.
3. Mix. Close the lid, select the program Stewing, cooking time 40-50 min.
4. This dish is perfect garnish of boiled potatoes, and spaghetti or noodles.
