Cheese cake with apricots

Ingredients:

-100-120 gr. flour
-1 egg
-50 gr. sugar
-50 gr. butter, softened

cream

-200 gr. cottage cheese (spreadable)
-1 egg
-1.5 tablespoons sour cream
-1.5 tablespoons sugar
-1 tablespoon cornstarch
-1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
-canned apricots

Preparation:

1. Butter beat until white with sugar, add the egg, still a little beat, top sift the flour and quickly knead the dough, wrap it in foil, put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. Cottage cheese to wipe through a sieve, mix with a mixer on low speed with the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, sour cream and starch.
The oven is heated to 180-200 degrees, split form 19 see butter.

3. Roll out the dough, put in shape, molded rim, on top lay the cream and apricots.

4. Bake pie 30-40 minutes until the top of the cream hardens.
