Salad «Starfish»


— potatoes — 300 g,
— crab sticks — 200 g,
— cucumber — 100 g,
— eggs — 2 PCs,
— salted trout or salmon — 200 g,
— green salad — 2 PCs,
— olives — 10-15 PCs,
— mayonnaise,
— Sol.


Boil the potatoes, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Cook eggs, peel and grate. Grate on a fine grater cucumber and remove the excess water which stood out. Cut crab sticks small squares, leave a few sticks for decoration.

Take a large flat dish. Mix the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. The resulting mass is spread on a dish in the shape of a star. On top of the potatoes put the cucumber, sprinkle with salt and pour mayonnaise. On top sprinkle with crab sticks and again sprinkle with salt and pour mayonnaise. Mix eggs with mayonnaise and salt and spread on top of crab sticks.

Cover the salad red fish, covering the whole star. Left cut crab sticks thin pieces and make them suckers on the ends of the stars. Decorate around our star olives and lettuce. The nose and mouth of a star can be made from egg whites.
