Golden eagles are among the largest members of the genus Aquila. The gender of the Golden Eagle are significantly different in size and weight. The females can gain a length of 90-100 cm; the male is on average about 10 cm smaller. The wingspan varies 190-210 cm in males and 200-230 cm in females.
