Uoldorfskoy tuna salad


Apples — 3 PCs.
Lemon — 1/2 PCs.
Celery — 1 root
Walnuts — 100 g
Tinned tuna — 400 g
Mayonnaise — 3 tbsp
Sour cream — 4 tbsp
Salt — to taste
Iceberg lettuce — 1 head
Pepper — to taste


1. Wash the Apple, cut into 4 pieces, remove core and cut into cubes. Put in a bowl sprinkle with lemon juice. The root of celery cut into rings and mix with nuts, add to the apples.
2. Razomnite tuna with a fork, add to apples and celery. Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, add the apples, celery and walnuts, season with salt and pepper and stir.
3. Put in a lot of 6 Cup-shaped leaves of iceberg lettuce. Garnish with greens. The salad stored in the refrigerator can be no more than 2 hours, otherwise the lettuce will get soggy.

Tip! If you replace meat with tuna boiled shrimp, salad uoldorfskoy will be more refined.
