● 200 grams sugar
● 6 large eggs
● 100 grams flour +1 tablespoons to form
● 50 g cornstarch
● 200 grams ground blanched almonds
● 200 grams of sour cream
● 1 tablespoon Amaretto liqueur
● 1 tsp baking powder
● powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Brush with butter cake pan, sprinkle with flour.In a bowl sift flour, starch, ground almonds and baking powder.
In another container mix the cream and liqueur.
Beat with a mixer eggs and sugar until creamy - 8-10 minutes.
Three alternate accept the addition of cream and dry products.
Stir gently with a wooden spoon.
Pour the dough into shape and bake for 40-50 minutes.Check readiness with a wooden stick.
Allow the cake to cool 10 minutes in the mold.
Remove and cool on a wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
