Meat socket.

There are times when it doesn't want to bother the kitchen. That's when I comes to the aid of the stuffing, which I prepare myself.
In the freezer is always a few bags of fresh meat. This may be the beef of any kind of meat or poultry. Left to defrost and cook. Minced meat can be prepared from complex to simple dishes. Now I'll tell you a few variations of its use.

You will need:

Minced meat 0.5 kg.
Mushrooms of 0.5 V.
The chicken egg 1 PC.
Fresh tomato 1 PC.
Cheese varieties 200 g.
Onion 1 PC.
Spices 0.5 CH. l
Greens 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tsp

How to prepare:

Step 1.
Meat we will do a sort of "nest" rather than be stuffed, you can always come up with. I have a couple favorite choices, them with you and share.

Step 2.
The first step is the same for every execution.
Take a baking dish in the oven and make minced meat nests. It may just be the pan, frying pan, baking cupcakes... Yes, I now for meatballs, even use silicone molds for muffins. It is very simple. First, make a big ball. Put it on the form and fingers make the ball dip. The shape should resemble a bird's nest.
Don't forget to grease the pan.

Step 3.
Further, doing mushrooms. Here two versions. I love the stuff on nests or fresh mushrooms with onions, or pickled mushrooms with greens and egg-cheese filling.

About mushrooms
Mushrooms carefully handle and slice thin. Parboil in a pan until cooked and onion half-rings. Adds up to the "nests" of meat.

About saffron

Saffron is the lazy option. Take salted mushrooms. Washed under running water and lay in the nest with fresh herbs, if desired, you can add browned onion. Can and fry the mushrooms for one embodiment of mushrooms. As your heart desires.

Step 4.
Further there is a continuous improvisation.
Option with mushrooms

Tomato cut into logs. Put stuffed "nest".
Solid grate cheese into a large grater. You can add a little cheese instead of salt. Sour cream mix with mustard. Either use homemade mayonnaise. If you use store-bought mayonnaise, you can use it. Or a little olive oil with herbs de Provence. You can add chopped garlic to the Amateur. Everyone has their own choice. Do you desire cheese mixture. Mix with cheese that you have in mind. Step 5.
Variant with saffron...

Take a chicken egg, cheese - in small grater (if it is cheese, it's perfect). Whisk the egg-cheese mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spices are welcomed.

Pour the mushrooms in the "nest".

Step 7.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked. Not more than 15 minutes.

P. S: All the people, sooner or later, come to a healthy diet. So the option of baking the cutlets in our family a long time prevails over the common frying pan. I assure you, is much tastier and healthier than frying on the stove.
