Salad «Count»


— beets — 1 PC.
— potatoes — 3 PCs.
— prunes — 100 g
— eggs — 4 PCs.
— walnuts — 100 g
— mayonnaise
— salt


Vegetables (beet, potatoes) boil until tender. Cool. Remove the peel.

The eggs boil hard boiled. Cleaned. Carefully separate the yolks from the whites.

The salad consists of several layers, each of which we coat with mayonnaise.

Spread on a flat dish.

The first layer — diced boiled in their skins potatoes. Salt it a little.
The original recipe of salad «Earl» includes onions, but I thought he was here once and I didn’t put it in. If you have a desire to still use a bow, pre-marinade it. Mix 200-300 ml of cold drinking water, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp of vinegar, pour the chopped onion and leave for 30 minutes. Spread on the potatoes.

The second layer — diced beets. Mayonnaise.
The third layer — sliced into cubes yolks.

The fourth layer — chopped prunes finely. The prunes became softer, you can pre-fill it with boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
Fifth layer — sliced into cubes egg whites. Also grease with mayonnaise.
Grind the walnuts and sprinkle the top of salad.
Ready salad put in the refrigerator so that the layers are well saturated with mayonnaise.
