Graffiti is not a crime

Shot with Alcatel OT 992D. Micassa was a rap/hip-hop group my friend and I started when were younger. Why Micassa? It means "My house" because all songs we had were recorded in our room with cheap equipement (Just microphone) :D. Why crown? Crown is symbol of our town Kraljevo which means "Kings city". This was our cover. It is DIY :D. A lot of good memories :3.

Well, I think graffiti could be a 'nuisance' when it is done on houses, public buildings, walls etc. without permission - or when it is Not Art at all - but merely some ugly tags. However, with permission and some sort of art-judging of what should be permitted - street art it could certainly bring much needed colors and a good mood to otherwise drab streets and cities.
