Rolls scrambled eggs with avocado and salmon

Ingredients

chicken eggs - 5 PCs.
cream milk (low-fat) - 5 tbsp
dill - a small bunch
salt
melted butter
For the filling:
fish fillets (salted salmon or trout) - 150 g
cheese (cottage cheese) - 150 g
avocado (large and ripe) - 1 PC.
salt
black pepper - freshly ground)
caviar (red) - (optional)

Omelets chop the dill. Beat eggs with cream and salt, add the dill and mix again. Grease a small nonstick pan, put it on medium heat and highly heat.

Pour into the pan one third of the egg mixture, spread evenly, turning the pan in a circular motion, and fry until the omelette becomes hard.

Gently turn over and quickly brown the other side. Put the omelet on a cutting Board. Similarly fry the second and third omelet.

Salmon fillet cut from the skin, remove the seeds, if there is, the flesh very finely chopped and mix with curd cheese, salt and pepper.

Avocado peel, remove the stone, flesh cut into slices.

Spread both omelette cheese filling, spread avocado on top, roll into a Swiss roll and cut into small rolls. If desired, decorate each roll multiple eggs.
