"Farfalle pasta with tomato-cheese sauce"



Ingredients:

- 30ml olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 800g tomato paste or pureed tomatoes
- 150g feta
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 10 leaves Basilica Farfalle pasta

Preparation:

1. Chop the garlic and overfry on olivka oil for about 1 minute.
2. Add the tomato paste (puree)
3. Chop the feta into small cubes.
4. Add the feta to the sauce and reduce the heat to minimum.
5. Cook the sauce for 20 minutes, a couple of minutes before the end add the chopped Basil.
6. Boil the macaroni.
7. Stir and serve with pasta.
