The daisy is a perennial herbaceous plant, which reaches stature heights of usually 4 to 15 (2 to 20) centimeters. At the short, upright rhizome are fibrous roots. The simple leaf blade has only one midrib, is spatulate to obovate, 6 to 40 millimeters long and 4 to 20 millimeters wide.
