Ingredients for 4 servings:
● 600 ml cream 30%
● 100 g white chocolate
● 100 grams of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
● 5 g gelatin
● grated orange peel
● 1-2 tablespoons orange liqueur - optional
● orange juice or liqueur
● fillets orange decoration
Method of preparation:
Soak gelatin in 2-3 tablespoons cold water.Stir and leave it to swell for 10 minutes.
Melt both types of chocolate in a water bath.
Heat the cream with grated orange peel to a boil.
Remove from heat, transfer the covered with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
Strain the cream to remove the bark.
Dissolve gelatin in it.
Add to it carefully melted chocolate.Add orange liqueur and stir.
Divide mixture into dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Pour dessert with fresh squeezed orange juice or orange liqueur.
Garnish with orange fillets and serve.
