3 tablespoons milk
8 tbsp (120 ml) vegetable oil
60 gr of flour
60 g of starch
2 teaspoon baking powder

450 g cream cheese
375 g of natural yoghurt
170 gr sugar
250 gr cream 35%
the juice of 1 lemon
20 g gelatin
400 gr of grapes
50 grams hazelnuts (not enough, need more on the sides not really enough)

RUB the eggs with sugar, add milk, butter, flour, starch and baking powder. Knead - get the batter as a cake. Put the split form and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Soak gelatine in cold water. Grapes wash, dry. Take 2/3 of the berries and cut in half. Remove the stones, if any.
Cottage cheese mixed with yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Gelatin to dissolve and enter into the cream. Whip cream, add to the same. Gently mix everything.

The same split form lines with parchment, put the cooled cake. Top with a little cream, coat, put the prepared grapes. Pour remaining cream. Form to knock on the floor, I got out the air bubbles accumulated between the grapes and cream. Put on 2 hours in the refrigerator. To get, to remove the rim (first, wrap a hot towel for 1 minute, if it does not fall behind, then you can draw a thin knife between cake and side). Transfer to a plate and gently garnish with remaining grapes and nuts. Or anything :)
