Shrimp under a fur coat
boiled shrimp -500g,
boiled potatoes – 3-4pcs.,
100-140g of red caviar ,
lemon,greens — for decoration (optional)
1.Cook shrimp with aromatic spices (e.g. Bay leaf, black peppercorns) and salt.
2.Let them cool down. Cut each shrimp into 2 or 4 pieces ( I recommend cutting the shrimp only if you bought a large king or tiger prawns.)
3.Peel cooked potatoes and grate it on a grater. Cooked eggs finely chop.
4.Put the salad layers in the following sequence:
2.half of all treated shrimp
8.the remainder of the shrimp
10.red caviar is laid out evenly around the top layer.
To decorate the salad, you can use lemon wedges and whole prawns.
The salad will need to let stand in a cool place for about 5-6 hours.
