Salad with mussels «Finesse»
1. Half of the meat packing mussels to boil in salted water (about 15 minutes)
2. Boil half Cup of rice.
3. Canned pineapple cut into small cubes. (About half a large jar)
4. Medium onion cut in small cubes.
5. RUB on a small grater 3 cloves of garlic.
6. Ready mussels finely chop.
7. Mix mussels, steamed rice, pineapples, onions and garlic.
8. Finely chop the parsley.
