Garlic pork hooves in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

- 5-6 pork hooves (you can add a piece of meat)
- water
- salt to taste
- black pepper and spices for meat
- 2 leaves of Laurel
- 8-10 cloves of garlic
- fresh parsley

Preparation:

Pork hooves thoroughly wash, clean and put in the bowl multivarki. Water pour on top mark (13 cups). Be salted immediately is not necessary. Put the bowl in the slow cooker and turn on the program "Fighting" for 2.5 hours.
The cooking time can be increased to 3 hours (depends on the hardness of the original ingredient).
During the fighting once open the slow cooker to check the amount of liquid. If necessary, add a little boiling water.

At the end of cooking a dish sprinkle with salt and add the spices for meat, ground black pepper, Bay leaf.

Clear the garlic.
Using garlic press, grind the garlic and add 10 minutes before end of cooking.
Ready garlic pork hooves served with gravy. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
