The amphitheater in Pula

(popularly known as Divić-city) is the largest and best preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia. Compared to more than 200 Roman amphitheaters, cloak Pula amphitheater with four towers, represents the best preserved and rare example of unique technical and technological solutions. By size occupies 6th place among Roman amphitheatres in the world, and is the only one in the world with all three Roman architectural orders entirely preserved. Amphitheater in Pula is alongside the Coliseum in Rome, the Verona Arena, amphitheaters in Pompeii, Nimes and Arles in France and El Djem in Tunisia.
