Honey Bun. Recipes with photos.

Products 4 pieces:
● 500-550 gram flour + in shape
● 15 g of fresh yeast
● 150 grams of liquid honey
● 200 g egg whites
● 60 g hot water
● 100 g butter, melted
● pinch of salt
● grated rind of 1 orange
● 2 tablespoons orange liqueur - optional

For glaze:
● 1 egg yolk, beaten 2 tablespoons water
● crystal sugar for sprinklingMethod of preparation:
Dissolve the yeast and 2 teaspoons of the total copper in the hot water.
Cover and leave in a warm place to rise 8-10 minutes.
Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well in the center.
Pour it lightly beaten proteins, yeast and honey.
Knead the dough at the end add salt, liqueur and orange peel.Remove dough to lightly floured surface.
Add the tablespoon of butter on a spoon as you take the dough.
Knead until a smooth, elastic dough.
If necessary, add a little flour oshta, but not overdo it.
The dough should be soft on average, in the event that the cake will up knitting.
Form a ball of dough, place it in a bowlcover with foil or cloth.
Leave in a warm (25-28 degrees) to rise until tripled in volume.
Divide it into eight equal parts.
Extend each tape with a width of 3-5 cm and 40-50 cm in length.
Fold and pinch the length each, with hands and roll shape wicks.

Blind and tucked all good in the cake.Place them on a tray covered with baking paper.
Leave enough space between them.
Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm (temperature 28 degrees) to rise 30-40 minutes.
Coat the cakes with a broken yolk, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake them for 20-30 minutes in preheated oven to 190 degrees.
Remove the cakes from the oven and cool them on a wire rack.
