Cookies Red velvet

-Flour — 1/4 Cup
Dark cocoa powder without sugar — 3 tbsp
-Corn starch — 2 tbsp
-Baking powder — 1/2 tsp
-Salt — 1/2 tsp
-Butter — 3/4 Cup
-1 Cup sugar
-Large egg — 1 PC.
-Large egg white — 1 piece
-Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
-Vinegar or lemon juice — 1 tsp
Liquid food coloring — 1 tsp

For the icing and decorations:

-Cream cheese — 120 g
-Butter — 1/4 Cup
-Vanilla extract — 3/4 tsp.
-Powdered sugar — 1/2 tsp
-Colored sugar for decoration


1. In a bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking powder and salt, set aside.
2. Separately, beat the softened butter and sugar in a lush light cream. Add the egg, egg white, vanilla, lemon juice and food coloring. Add dry ingredients, beat on low speed. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. To form balls of dough. Put them on a greased baking sheet at a distance of about 2 cm from each other. Cook for about 10 minutes. Pass on to the bars and allow to cool.
4. Make the glaze. Beat cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Beat.
5. Cover the biscuits with icing and sprinkle with colored sugar.
