CHICKEN LE CORDON BLEU.

Chicken le Cordon BleuСыр and ham is perhaps the most simple and familiar combination of products. And not surprisingly, it is just fine “playing” in the rolls of chicken, which I suggest you to cook today. Time to prepare, they require not very much. Arm yourself with a rolling pin - and-forth :)

For the breading I used crumbled crackers - so a more crispy crust. Regular breadcrumbs are good, too.
Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 chicken breast fillet
4 thin slices of ham
4 thin slices of cheese
a couple of sprigs of parsley
salt and pepper to taste
100-120 g of crackers or bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour

Composition:

Place chicken fillets on a chopping Board and a slugger with a rolling pin so that the thickness of the piece was more or less uniform over the entire area.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper fillets. Put ham, cheese and parsley.

Turn it into a roll.

Coat it in the flour.

Dip in lightly beaten eggs with salt. Rolled in cracker or bread crumbs.

Place on baking sheet and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 25 minutes, until tender and crispy Golden brown.

Served with rice or vegetables.
