Salmon fillet with vegetables and rice

Ingredients (6 servings):
salmon fillet - 900 gr.
the Jasmine rice Uvelka - 2 tbsp.
mushrooms - 300 gr.
green onion-head - 6 stems
sweet red pepper - 6 pieces
peas young - 30 blades
the fish broth - 3 cups
soy sauce - 6 tablespoons of
vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons of
ground black pepper
salt
Manual:
Rice cook for 20 minutes in salted water on low heat. Drain and let the water drain out.
Salmon fillet cut into large cubes, fry in butter and remove from the pan.
Mushrooms cut into slices, onion rings, sweet pepper strips. At pods of peas cut the ends. Lightly fry the vegetables remaining after frying fish oil. Pour in the broth and soy sauce, simmer under a lid for 5 minutes. Add the fish and simmer for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
When serving, garnish the salmon with vegetables and rice.
