Vegetarian carbonara

Ingredients:
Butter
Fettuccine
Vegetables cooked to al dente state and cut long strips - carrots, zucchini, paprika
Grated parmesan cheese
egg yolk
100ml cream minimum fat content
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
In a frying pan warm up butter,
add cooked vegetables and a little fried,
cook fettuccine until al dente state and add to the vegetables,
mix cream, egg yolk, parmesan, salt and pepper. Add to the pan and mix well. Cook a few minutes,
Put the pasta on a plate, add fresh vegetables and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Vegetarian carbonara ready!
