Coffee-milk jelly

Ingredients:

milk — 2 cups
sugar — 3 tbsp
gelatin— 1 -1/2 tbsp
vanilla — 1 pinch (pinch)
coffee freshly ground — 1 tsp
sugar — 3 tbsp
gelatin — 1 tbsp
water — 1 Cup

Preparation:

- Soak gelatine in cold water until it swells (separately for each type of jelly). Then put in a strainer and let it drain.
- Milk jelly: combine sugar with milk, stirring and bringing to a boil, and then add the vanilla. Then the mass is cooled, put gelatin and heated until it dissolves. To boil not to bring.
Coffee jelly: sweet coffee is brewed, which is connected with the gelatin. The mass is heated to dissolve the latter, and then cooled.
After the readiness of both layers, pour them into molds alternately. The thickness and the order of layers arbitrarily choose.
