Trout with honey and mustard



Ingredients:

- A piece of trout
- Marinade:
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt or soy sauce

Preparation:

Mix honey, salt and soy sauce and mustard (I have a mustard beans).
Fish cut into pieces, coat with the marinade and leave in the cold for 10 minutes.
Put the fish in a baking dish and send in the oven, which should be heated in advance up to 170 degrees.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Eat with vegetables or salad.
