● 180 grams soft butter
● 220 grams of sugar + 2 tablespoons
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
● 5 eggs
● 175 grams flour
● 200 grams ground almonds
● 2 tsp baking powder
● 300 grams of sour cream
● 4 peaches
For the crumbs:
● 45 grams of brown sugar
● 100 g finely chopped almonds
● 60 g butter
● 75 g flour
Method of preparation:Mix products crumbs in a bowl.
Hands stir until crumbs form.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees (no fan).
Place baking paper in tray size 24h34 cm.
Wash, dry and cut the peaches into 8 pieces.
Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons sugar.
With mixer, beat butter, extract and sugar cream.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
Add sour cream, beat at low speed.
Gradually add the almonds, flour and baking powder.
Stir until smooth, pour the dough in the pan.
Leveled surface, divide the peaches on top.
Sprinkle the cake crumbs and place in oven.Bake until a wooden stick - about 55-60 minutes.
Cool cake in the shape 10 minutes.
Carefully remove and cool on a wire rack.
