Carp baked with vegetables

Ingredients:

- carp
- tomatoes - 2 PCs;
- eggplant - 1 big or two medium;
- sweet pepper - 2 PCs;
- potatoes - 3 PCs;
- mayonnaise;
- salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Carp guts, gills removed, clean it from scales, fins thus cut is not necessary. We wash our fish under cold running water. Cut carp into portions, the head is not emitted. RUB each piece with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and being abandoned for a while.

Between the fish pieces stacked rings of onions, peppers, potatoes and tomatoes. Spread the remaining vegetables around the carp. Top evenly distribute the mayonnaise, put in the oven, bake and enjoy the taste!
