Salad «Masterpiece» with chicken and pepper
Chicken — 200 grams;
Red sweet pepper (fleshy)- 250 grams;
Green beans — 200 g;
Eggs — 3 PCs;
Mayonnaise for salad dressing — 4 tbsp;
Garlic — 1 clove;
Vegetable oil — 4 tbsp;
Salt — to taste.
Boil chicken in salted water and cool.
Green beans boil them for 3 minutes in heavily salted water and immerse for 30 seconds in cold water, then drain beans in a colander, let all the water will drain to the last drop.
Sweet pepper cut into cubes and fry until soft with one clove of garlic (crush it) in vegetable oil. Put the pepper with garlic to a plate to let cool down.
Beans and shredded chicken, combine in a bowl.
Then add to the eggs, diced, and cooled pepper.
All fill with mayonnaise, to taste you can add a little salt.
The salad mix and refrigerate for 30 — 40 minutes.
