Shortbread cake with bananas and strawberries

In a bowl mix the flour, salt and 1/2 Cup sugar. Add chopped margarine and grind to the consistency of crumbs. Knead the dough, gradually adding water (4-5 spoons) and carefully knead it, the dough after each addition. Divide the dough in half, each half to form a disk. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven. Roll out the chilled dough cakes in rectangular shape. Bake the shortcakes in the oven for 15 minutes until Golden brown. The finished cakes to cool. Chop the strawberries, leaving a few berries for decoration. Mix chopped strawberries with 3 tablespoons sugar in a saucepan and simmer over a slow fire. Slice 2 bananas into thin slices and mix with strawberries. Put one layer on the plate, on top of it to spread strawberry-banana filling and then a layer of custard. Put the other sponge on top and add some custard. Slice remaining banana into thin slices and decorate the cake. Decorate the top with the strawberries. Cut the cake into slices and serve.
