Pomegranate juice sorbet

Ingredients:

-Water - 1 Cup
-Sugar-0.75 cups
-Pomegranate juice - 3 cups
-Orange liqueur - 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1. Pour water into medium saucepan.
2. Add sugar in water and mix well.
3. Add to the mix the pomegranate juice, stir.
4. Bring mixture to a boil, then cooled syrup to room temperature.
5. Add orange liqueur to the syrup and stir.
6. If you have an ice cream maker, then pour the juice to it and cook 20 minutes.
7. Then cook another 10 minutes.
8. Send ice cream in a plastic container and leave in the freezer, covered with plastic film.
9. Periodically stir with a spoon hardening ice cream to split water crystals and make a creamy texture. So worth it to do and in that case, if you don't have the sundae.
10. Take out of the freezer a container of ice cream, remove the plastic wrap and villupuram myself sorbet in a convenient bowl.
