● 3 cups flour
● 2 cup sugar
● 1 teaspoon salt
● baking soda 1 tsp
● 1 teaspoon cinnamon
● beaten eggs 3 pcs .
● vegetable oil 1.5 cup
● 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
● Bank of finely chopped pineapple , drained juice 1 pc .
● 2 cup sliced bananas
● chopped pecans 1 cup
● confectioner's sugar to taste● chopped pecans 1/2 cup
Preheat oven to 350F .
Mix in a large bowl the flour, sugar , salt and baking soda .
Add eggs and oil and mix until the dry ingredients until not get wet .
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas, and 1 cup chopped toasted pecans.
Stir the vanilla extract, Anansi , bananas and pecans .3 Lubricate the form (each with 9 ) and sprinkle with flour .
Bake at 350F 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick is dry. Cool cakes in molds. Then get them out of the mold and cool completely.
Place 1 cake layer on a serving platter. Put one cake on a serving plate. Raspredilite icing on top. Close the second Korzh and spread on top of the icing sugar. Cover with the third cake.
Coat with the third cake glaze and sides. Top crumble nuts.
