A 60 second exposure of the post-sunset light over the Grand Canyon, Arizona. I'll never forget this night. Arriving at the park minutes before sundown, rushing to get to the point before it got too dark. All of this while a huge storm was rolling in behind the one that's shown on the north rim (there is lightning if you look close).
I got to the point later than I expected and it was already pretty dark, but some rain had already come through and made all the colors in the rocks pop! I did a long exposure, soaking up all the light I could while holding an umbrella to block the wind moving my camera. All this while being feet from a mile drop into the earth! Fun times.
