Chicken bags.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken schnitzels
marinade:
-olive oil
-honey
-lemon juice
-garlic finely chopped
-salt,pepper,spices to taste.
Toppings:
- 1.mushroom(sauteed mushrooms with onions)
- 2.platter (onion and peppers cut into strips,
fry in vegetable oil add the sliced chicken hearts and chicken breast strips .Fry over high heat until Golden brown.Add finely chopped chicken liver,stir.

Preparation:
Chicken schnitzel to beat off trying not to damage it so that it remained intact.
All the ingredients for the marinade mix ,oil them schnitzels.Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours(I left overnight).
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Take the chicken schnitzel put it in a metal ring Assembly without a bottom with a diameter of 8-10 cm(can take any other suitable pan for this. Spread the filling inside.
Pick up the edges of schnitzel and dressing his rope(which when served we shoot.)
Put the bags in the form pour the marinade on top sprinkle with paprika coarsely ground(optional) and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.In the process of roasting, pour the juice.
Spread on a dish covered with arugula or lettuce.Sprinkle berries cranberries or red currants.
