Sulina (also called Sulina Canal ) is the shortest and straightest arm of the Danube Delta , formed by branching arm Tulcea , east of the city of Tulcea , in two branches : Sulina (north ) and St. George Arm (south ) . Flows into the Black Sea near the city of Sulina. It has an approximate length of 71 km . Is regulated and channeled , allowing navigation of seagoing vessels with a draft of up to 7 m .
