Pork with mushrooms and arugula

Ingredients:

-Pork chop - 2 PCs
-Mushrooms – 400 grams (chopped)
-Arugula – 400 g
-Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
-Half an onion (finely chopped)
-Garlic – 2 cloves
-Thyme – 2 teaspoons
-Flour – 2 tablespoons
-Chicken broth – ¾ Cup
-Salt – ½ teaspoon
-Pepper – to taste

Preparation:

Flour mixed with thyme, salt and pepper. Coat the chops in this mixture on both sides. Remaining flour save.
Fry chops over medium heat on both sides in olive oil. Then, in the same pan fry the chopped onion and garlic, the mushrooms, stirring occasionally. Add the remaining flour and cook for about a minute. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook on low heat until thick. Put the arugula into the sauce and cook for a few minutes. Serve the chops with the prepared sauce.
