Cucumbers with meat in Korean


Ingredients:

-2 long thin cucumber
-400 gr. (or slightly less) beef
-1 medium onion
-1 sweet red pepper
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 teaspoon without slides red hot chili pepper

-1/2 tsp sugar
-1 teaspoon of ground coriander
-2 tablespoons vinegar 5%
-3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 teaspoon of salt
-3 to 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation:

Cucumber cut off ends, cut in half or into three parts, each part in half lengthwise and the halves into 3-4 slices:
