Egg — 4 pieces
Sugar 320 g
Salt (small pinch)
Starch — 40 g
Flour — 120 g
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Vanilla — 2 patch.
Orange — 1 piece
Berry fruits (weight of seedless) — 900 g
Yogurt — 250 g
Gelatin — 30 g
Soak 30g. gelatin in cold water! For the filling I used apricots and strawberries. Apricots pour over boiling water, remove the skins to separate from the bones(weight of treated fruits and berries 900gr) in a saucepan, tudge quartered strawberries + 200gr.sugar, brown or whatever. Bring to a boil and immediately turn off.
Whisk the whole mass of 2-sekundy or mixer, or here's the thing, as in the photo (don't know how it's called))) Immediately in hot pomace add the soaked and squeezed gelatine, mix with a spoon until the gelatin dissolves. While the filling cools to warm, bake a biscuit.
For sponge cake: whisk 2 eggs with 60 gr. sugar, continuing to whisk, add a pinch of salt, 20g. starch, 60 g. flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, vanilla and the zest from half the orange. Pour the batter into a greased and floured form (26cm), I line the bottom of always lined with a circle of baking paper, put in preheated to 200°oven and bake 10-15min. until Browning. While the first cake is baked, quickly knead the dough for a second (as mentioned above), take out of the oven ready first cake and bake second.
When the filling has cooled down and became warm, enter the yogurt, I used plain white sweetened without flavorings from whole milk.
There's nearly ready, take the form in which they baked biscuits, it lines the cling film at the bottom of the cake pour on top of fruit and yogurt a lot (it is liquid) cover with a second cake in the fridge for 4-5hours.
When ready cover the form with the cake dish and a's turnover,remove the pan and foil. Decorate with peeled oranges and berries-fruit.
