For the cake crust:
1 pack of organic yellow cake mix
1 cup of sour cream
1 banana mushed
Mix everything and bake it in preheated oven on 350' F for 30-35 min or until the toothpick get out clean.
For the inside cream:
1 pack of sour cream mixed with 2 Tsp Nuttela and a pinch of gelatin.
When the crust is baked and cooled off, cut it in 2 layers , spread the nuttela mix over the one and place the other one on top. Keep it in refrigerator while making the icing.
For the icing and decoration :
1 1/2 cup of whipped cream
1 cup of fresh strawberries ( or any red berries)
1 cup of caned peaches
1 cup with fresh or frozen blueberries
melted chocolate (optional)
Pure the fruits and add a pinch of gelatin in each bowl with pure.
Beat the whipped cream with sugar by your taste ( I use 3 Tsp ).
Cover the cake with whipped cream all over, make the flowers or shapes as you wish as making a border and fill the space inside with fruit pure as you desire.
