Salad «Funchoza with vegetables»
200 g noodles transparent rice
3 PCs Bulgarian pepper of different colors
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp. vinegar
soya (soy sauce)
The noodles need to first cover it with cold water and let stand 10 minutes, drain cold water, then pour boiling water for 5 minutes and drain the water, rinse the noodles under running water. Allow to drain.
Carrots and peppers cut into sticks, fry in vegetable oil until soft but so that the peppers do not lose color. Cloves of garlic cut into small pieces, and throw at the end of cooking carrots and peppers.
Once browned carrots, peppers and garlic have cooled, mix them with noodles and cucumber. Add vinegar, salt to taste and soy (soy sauce).
