Skógafoss

Skógafoss is one of the biggest waterfalls, in Iceland, 25m (82ft) wide, with a drop of 60m (200ft). It sits on the Skógá River and falls down the cliffs of the former coastline. One of the first Viking settlers, Þrasi Þórólfsson, is said to have buried a treasure in a cave behind the waterfall.
