The theatre- Leptis Magna

Theatre belongs to the same group of buildings which date back to the Augustan time. Like other Roman theatres, the general character of Leptis theatre lies in the arrangement of the two principal parts, the auditorium/Cavea, and the stage platform/Pulpitum together with the orchestra, which all from together architecturally one structure semi-circural in shape.
